Selling Skills Courses
Level 4 sales training is must for your team - but an apprenticeship may not be the perfect fit
Apprenticeships are a good option, but they do have their downsides. They are a very good comprehensive, general training option for those looking to create a career path in sales, and for some businesses, they are the right fit. However, they do require:
- Substantial ‘off the job’ time for the employee
- A requirement for GCSE level Maths and English
- Significant time delay to start on the course
For many managers, though, the biggest issue is the need to allocate time and team resources to red tape and waiting for governmental responses, which can be a significant investment.
